Epiq Systems, Inc., a technology-enabled services leader in the legal industry, has acquired the Montreal-based, legal-industry-consultancy firm, Fireman & Company.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The transaction follows Epiq’s December 2021 purchase of Simplex Services, the Canadian alternative legal services provider.

Blakes served as legal counsel to Fireman & Company.
