On December 1, 2023, TK Elevator acquired Regional Elevator, a prominent provider of elevator services, modernization, and new construction in the Ottawa-Gatineau area. The transaction was not disclosed.

This acquisition bolstered TK Elevator's ability to deliver top-notch mobility solutions in the region. Jeremy Rainwater, CEO of TK Elevator Americas, highlighted the strategic importance of integrating Regional Elevator's expertise to enhance service quality and meet growing market demands.

Regional Elevator, founded in 2000 by Rob Cane, has been a key player in the local elevator industry for over two decades. Cane, along with more than 50 employees, joined TK Elevator Canada as part of the acquisition. He expressed pride in joining the TK Elevator team and reaffirmed their commitment to customer-centric service.

This move strengthened TK Elevator's longstanding presence in Ottawa, where the company has collaborated with local government, developers, and property managers to ensure safe and efficient mobility.
