CAE completes acquisition of Sabre's AirCentre airline operations

CAE Inc. has completed the acquisition of Sabre Corporation’s AirCentre airline operations portfolio for approximately $535 million (US$392.5 million).

CAE is a high technology company that offers digital solutions to improve the customer experience and revolutionize personnel training and operational support in a number of sectors, including in civil aviation.

AirCentre offers software solutions to more than 150 airline customers related to crew scheduling management, flight, airport and in-flight operations management.
