("Brown & Brown") completed its acquisition of Highcourt Breckles Group ("HBG") and its subsidiaries eUnderwriters and CLIS. HBG will operate within the Brown & Brown Retail segment and will establish the first retail brokerage operation for Brown & Brown in Canada.
