On April 1, 2023, Brown & Brown, Inc. ("Brown & Brown") completed its acquisition of Highcourt Breckles Group ("HBG") and its subsidiaries eUnderwriters and CLIS. HBG will operate within the Brown & Brown Retail segment and will establish the first retail brokerage operation for Brown & Brown in Canada.

Brown & Brown is a leading insurance brokerage firm headquartered in Daytona Beach, Florida that delivers risk management solutions to individuals and businesses.

HBG, based in Markham, Ontario, helps Canadian businesses be more competitive and assists individuals in preserving their wealth.
