On January 16, 2024, Cerka Industries Ltd., a Canadian leader in the manufacture and distribution of trailer axles and trailer components, completed its cross-border sale of all of its issued and outstanding shares to DexKo Global Inc., a global leader in the manufacture and distribution of highly-engineered solutions critical to the safety and performance of towable applications.
