On March 12, 2024, Timbercreek Financial Corp., a Toronto-based non-bank, commercial real estate lender focused on providing shorter-duration, structured financing solutions to commercial real estate investors, filed a base shelf prospectus and launched an at-the-market equity program for the sale of up to $90 million of its common shares. Timbercreek intends to use any net proceeds for general investment and working capital purposes, including repaying amounts owing under its secured revolving credit facility.

Sales of the common shares through the ATM Program will be subject to the terms of an equity distribution agreement with National Bank Financial Inc.
