On January 14, 2022, CloudMD completed the $116-million acquisition of MindBeacon, one of the first commercially available, digitally-native platforms offering therapist-assisted internet-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in Canada.

The acquisition will combine MindBeacon’s mental health services into CloudMD’s Comprehensive Integrated Health Services platform, creating a fully-integrated health offering. The transaction will drive expansion in the US and provides a combined network of 5,500 corporate clients.
