George Brown College, together with its partner, Halmont Properties Corporation acquired 25 Dockside Drive, Toronto, Ontario, in a deal valued at $232.5 million.

Also known as Corus Quay, the 479,437 square feet property positions George Brown College for long-term expansion and to create a consolidated waterfront campus in the heart of downtown Toronto. This acquisition is part of a larger 2050 plan for future academic space.

BLG represented George Brown College with a team led by Xue Yan and Adam Perzow included Victoria Prince, Ryma Nasrallah, Denes Rothschild, Justin Cuperfain, Courtney Po and Grace Wang.
