On October 26, 2023, Alpha Holdings and the Oaktree Funds, consisting of OCM Luxembourg OPPS XI S.à.r.l. (OPPS XI) and OCM Luxembourg OPPS XB S.à.r.l. (OPPS XB), acquired the common shares of ABC Technologies Holdings Inc. not already owned by them for $6.75 in cash per share. The take-private was completed pursuant to a statutory plan of arrangement and in reliance on an exemption from the minority approval requirement under securities that is not commonly available.

ABC Technologies Holdings Inc. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of custom, highly engineered technical plastics and lightweight innovations to the North American light vehicle industry.
