On February 22, 2023, Xebec Adsorption Inc. completed the sale of substantially all assets of its wholly-owned California subsidiaries, California Compression, LLC and CDA Systems, LLC, to Sullair, LLC, an industry leader in compressed air solutions since 1965. This transaction was part of Xebec's ongoing sale and investment solicitation process (SISP).
