On October 3, 2022, BV Investment Partners (BV), a private equity firm specializing in tech-enabled services, has successfully completed the sale of RafterOne, a global leader in multi-cloud commerce solutions on the Salesforce platform, to Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. (IPG). The transaction, the value of which was not disclosed, marks the culmination of BV's strategic involvement since December 2020, when it first acquired RafterOne (then known as PixelMEDIA).

During BV's investment period, the company collaborated closely with RafterOne's management to expand its services globally within the Salesforce ecosystem. RafterOne has become renowned for its comprehensive advisory, consulting, and managed services, supporting Salesforce's B2B and B2C commerce, CPQ & Billing, Sales & Service Cloud, and Data Services platforms.
