This motion regards an impugned decision exceeding the 30-day time limit under s. 18.1(2) of the Federal Courts Act within which to normally apply for judicial review. The First Nation allegedly did not provide the applicant with a fair chance to represent herself, a transparent hearing, or its reasons for its decision adversely affecting her.
