Klippenstein Development Corp. v. Van Den Brink
Jenna Van Den Brink and Nathan Van Den Brink applied to remove a lien from their property. Their second application was granted after their previous attempt was dismissed. They entered into a lien security agreement with Klippenstein Development Corp., agreeing to remove the lien upon payment.
