SHAHIN MOGHADDAM ET AL. v. AGC
The applicants sought a criminal investigation into the criminal and terrorist attack on Ukraine International Airlines Flight PS 752 perpetrated by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps and its agents and an investigation into the conduct of the Commissioner of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police as it relates to her decision not to open a criminal investigation into the attack.
