Secure Energy (Drilling Services) Inc. and Secure Energy Services filed motions, and the Court awarded costs. Mud Engineering Inc.'s motion for summary trial and their action, as well as Secure Energy's counterclaim, were dismissed by the Court. Costs were awarded to Secure Energy according to Rule 407. Costs were assessed in favor of Secure Energy due to Mud's motion on jurisdiction and Secure's motion to strike portions of Mr. An-Ming Wu's affidavit. Secure filed a Bill of Costs, and Mud did not respond. Secure's Bill of Costs for assessable services, totaling $41,400.00, was approved. Mud must pay the amount of $119,628.28 to Secure Energy, and a Certificate of Assessment will be issued.
