Deeproot Green Infrastructure, LLC v. Greenblue Urban North America Inc.
The court dismisses the contempt proceeding brought by DeepRoot against GreenBlue. DeepRoot alleged that GreenBlue was in contempt of the court's judgment, which found that GreenBlue's RootSpace structural cells infringed DeepRoot's patents. However, the court concludes that there is insufficient evidence to establish beyond a reasonable doubt that GreenBlue is in contempt.
