The plaintiffs opposed being required to attest to their medical records regarding the COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of their employment, opposed vaccination absent informed consent, and opposed disclosure of their private health information about their COVID-19 vaccination status to the employer under the threat of administrative and/or disciplinary measures ranging from unpaid leave to termination of employment.
