On July 2, 2024, Daiken Corporation and Itochu Building Products Holdings Inc. completed the acquisition of Panolam Industries’ Huntsville, Ontario facility from Panolam Industries International, Inc. 

The acquisition is expected to strengthen the existing TFL product line that Panolam has been providing its customers.
