I liked reviewing your rate chart. I think the only thing that people may not consider, is that in an uncontested situation, it is possible the Defendant never hired a lawyer, meaning the total fees for both parties could be constructed to be the fee of the one lawyer. However, in a contested situation, there likey are TWO laywers involved. Therefore, total fees for the two parties could be double. As well, the fees do NOT reflect disbursements.
